1. Free Trial

KasaOps offers a 30-day free trial for all new accounts. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform at no cost. No payment information is required to start your trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled. All charges are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the KasaOps platform and all features included in your subscription plan.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@kasaops.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the initial 30-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis. At our discretion, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • You will have 30 days after cancellation to export your data

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
