KasaOps provides a cloud-based property operations platform designed for homeowner associations (HOAs) and condominium communities. Our Service includes tools for document management, activity tracking, financial oversight, communication, and maintenance request management.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date and automatically renew each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you agree to:
All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful payment processing.
We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial period, you have full access to the Service at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at contact@kasaops.com. Refunds after the 30-day period are issued at our discretion on a prorated basis. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by KasaOps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant KasaOps a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KasaOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to KasaOps in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period (30 days) for you to export your data before permanent deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
